We are seeking executive support for two Vice Presidents in a multifaceted, internationally linked company. The Executive Assistant will act as a reliable collaborator, helping leaders concentrate on key tasks by handling complicated schedules, meetings, client interactions, worldwide travel, expenses, and executive activities with accuracy and care.
Help drive the team’s operating rhythm, support initiatives, coordinate customer and leadership events, and ensure follow-through on business priorities. The role partners closely with collaborators from Sales, Customer Engineering, HR, Finance, IT, Communications, and Facilities to help leaders stay aligned, informed, and effective.
As a trusted gatekeeper, advisor, and liaison, the Executive Assistant also offers backup support to the Sales administrative team. They assist in maintaining an efficient, organized, and connected Sales office in San Jose.
Success in this role requires outstanding integrity, good judgment, discretion, organizational excellence, and a proactive, one-step-ahead approach. The ideal candidate is personable, adaptable, collaborative, and highly resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs, navigate changing priorities, and consistently deliver results in a multidimensional environment.
This position is based in San Jose, California and requires regular onsite presence to support executive, customer, and team activities.
## Minimum Qualifications
- Five or more years supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Chief of Staff support, or senior administrative support capacity.
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience, required.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and modern collaboration and virtual meeting platforms.
- Experience working with or critically reviewing AI-enabled tools to optimize workflows, automate routine tasks, analyze information, or aid business problem-solving.
- Proactive, forward-thinking work style with the ability to anticipate needs and independently resolve issues.
- Proven ability to manage multiple executive calendars, competing priorities, deadlines, and requests in a fast-paced environment.
## Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.
- Strong experience supporting Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, or other executive-level leaders in a global organization.
- Strong experience with AMEX Global Business Travel, Concur, Ariba, Zoom, and similar enterprise administrative platforms.
- Significant experience coordinating executive customer visits, leadership meetings, international travel, executive events, and cross-functional business initiatives.
- Experience assisting Sales, Customer Engineering, technology, semiconductor, or similarly fast-paced customer-facing organizations.
- Experience bringing to bear Microsoft Copilot or comparable AI-powered efficiency tools to advance executive support and streamline operations.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$52.50 - $84.00 an hour
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
