Our work depends on a Network Engineer Expert joining our dynamic team to work in a fast-paced environment focused on engineering, migration, and operations of enterprise network security services. We're looking for a self-starter who works both as part of the team and on individual assignments, in an environment of customer mission delivery, integrity, and clear communications.
We're looking to fill this role with someone who currently has deep experience with next-generation firewalls, SASE/SSE platforms, network visibility and micro segmentation technologies, and the certifications and skills to execute in large multi-tenant enterprise environments. You should be flexible, enjoy tackling complex transition challenges, and want to join a large team that is building, migrating, and sustaining enterprise managed security services. HOW A NETWORK ENGINEER EXPERT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Skyhigh CASB platform, including configuration, policy management, API integrations, and ongoing operational support.
- Manage, tune, and optimize DLP, anomaly detection, user activity monitoring, tenant restrictions, and cloud application control policies.
- Maintain and enhance integrations with identity providers, SIEM/SOAR platforms, email security, and endpoint security tools.
- Create, maintain, and update documentation, including diagrams, user guides, SOPs, and runbooks.
- Support and develop automation for configuration, validation, and reporting tasks.
- Provide guidance and technical leadership on CASB migration efforts, including transitions from Skyhigh to Palo Alto SASE, SSE, or SaaS Security solutions.
- Monitor and improve existing and new deployments; participate in phased rollouts under the direction of Principal and Lead Engineers.
- Work across internal teams and external customer groups to implement solutions and support infrastructure build‑outs.
- Handle escalations; assess, recommend, and deliver technical solutions to resolve issues.
- Coach and mentor less‑experienced team members when needed.
- Coordinate acquisition of hardware, software, and subcontractor services as required.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Required Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Required Experience: 5+ years experience with CASB solutions
- Required Technical Skills: SkyHigh CASB and Palo SaaS/SASE technologies
- Security Clearance Level: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience delivering presentations and technical briefings to diverse audiences at various levels of an organization; strong documentation discipline
- Participate in on-call rotations at the needs of management and the customer
- Possess or able to obtain (within 6 months of hire) applicable Intermediate DoW 8140 or DoW 8570 Certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, or equivalent)
