What You'll Be Doing
- Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Collect, analyze, and accurately document test results, identifying trends and reporting findings to operations teams.
- Monitor production processes and collaborate with plant personnel to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory testing equipment to ensure reliable performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying quality issues and recommending corrective actions.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to perform laboratory and field testing with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret data and communicate results effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with operations teams while maintaining a commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Proficiency in using testing equipment, technology, and computer applications to document and report information.
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
This role requires work in both laboratory and production environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment. The position may involve standing for extended periods, lifting materials, climbing stairs or ladders, and conducting testing in both indoor and outdoor settings. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and provided.
