What we need is someone who can build long-term and trusting relationships with our patients so that we can take our patient's care to a whole new level! With your help, we will have patient care covered. - Amazing customer service!
- Ability to perform insurance verifications and authorizations!
The right candidate is going to start as-needed and then grow to part-time with us if desired.
Required Credentials:
- Must have at least 1 year of medical front office desk experience for this position.
- Insurance authorization experience is preferred.
- Copay and deductible insurance experience.
- Occasionally must be able to help physical therapists with patient care if needed.
Required Job Location: Fox Chapel, PA
Required Education: High school or equivalent medical front office experience.
