* Accurately log all patient interactions, consent status updates, and follow-up notes into the client's online portal
* Maintain organized records and flag any incomplete or outstanding consent cases for timely resolution
* Communicate professionally with patients of varying backgrounds, adapting tone and language to ensure clarity and comfort
* Adhere to patient confidentiality standards and handle all sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
* Matric (Grade 12) as a minimum qualification; a National Diploma or relevant NQF Level 6 qualification in Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field is advantageous
* At least 1–2 years of experience in a patient-facing, customer service, or administrative role
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner
* Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace suitable for confidential patient calls
* Ability to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours on a consistent basis
* Computer literacy with the ability to navigate online portals and CRM or case management systems accurately
Preferred Experience
* Prior experience in a healthcare, medical administration, or clinical support environment
* Experience conducting outbound calls in a structured or scripted environment, such as a call center or patient coordination role
* Familiarity with medical terminology, particularly relating to diagnostics or laboratory services
* Experience handling sensitive or confidential information in a regulated or compliance-aware setting
Key Competencies
* Strong communication skills
* High attention to detail
