Une offre de stage intitulée « Stagiaire en Supply Data analyst & IA (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus Commercial Aircraft sur son site de Toulouse.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de environ 35 personnes au sein du département « Toulouse Supply Management » en charge de gérer l'approvisionnement des pièces pour toutes les lignes d'assemblage de nos avions (Toulouse, Hambourg, Tianjin et Mobile). Ce stage consistera à : supporter le développement d’une récente organisation d’équipes par l'amélioration de la gestion de DATA, de nos outils de suivi, de la digitalisation, de la communication digitale (Gsite, du DATA management). L'intégration de l'IA dans nos routines et de la gestion de nos données sera clé pour continuer à améliorer l'efficacité des équipes.

Ce stage débutera en janvier à février 2027 pour une durée de 6 mois.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice), vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Outils de pilotage : Création et maintenance d’outils de pilotage (KPI).
• Manuels d'utilisation : Ecritures de manuels d’utilisation.
• Gestion digitale : Maintenance Gsite et drive.
• Recherche et organisation : Recherche et organisation des informations nécessaires à la vie du service.
• Support transverse : Support aux supply officers pour la gestion de projets transverses.
• Digitalisation : Support aux équipes sur la digitalisation (IA et robots).

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 dans le domaine de l'IT, de la digitalisation industrielle, de la performance industrielle, du management de la supply chain, ou une école d'ingénieur généraliste orientée IA/Communication/Outils digitaux pour un stage d’une durée de 6 mois.

Ce poste s'adresse uniquement aux étudiants en dernière année d'études (stage de fin d'études).

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences techniques (Hard Skills) suivantes :

• Connaissances en développement informatique
• Maîtrise des outils digitaux et du DATA management
• Maîtrise des logiciels de Supply, notamment SAP
• Connaissance ou fort intérêt pour l'Intelligence Artificielle (IA) et l'automatisation (robots)

Vous vous reconnaissez dans ces qualités (Soft Skills) :

• Structuré(e)
• Rigoureux(se)
• Très bonne communication

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : Avancé
• Français : Courant

An internship opportunity titled "Intern in Supply Data Analyst & AI (M/F)" has just opened within Airbus Commercial Aircraft at its Toulouse site.

You will join a team of around 35 people within the "Toulouse Supply Management" department responsible for managing the supply of parts for all our aircraft assembly lines (Toulouse, Hamburg, Tianjin, and Mobile). This internship will consist of: supporting the development of a recent team organization through the improvement of DATA management, monitoring tools, digitalization, and digital communication (Gsite, DATA management). The integration of AI into our routines and data management will be key to continuing to improve team efficiency.

This internship will start in January to February 2027 for a duration of 6 months.

This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of your supervisor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

• Monitoring tools: Creation and maintenance of monitoring tools (KPIs).
• User manuals: Writing user manuals.
• Digital management: Gsite and drive maintenance.
• Research and organization: Researching and organizing information necessary for the department's daily life.
• Transversal support: Support to supply officers for transverse project management.
• Digitalization: Support to teams on digitalization (AI and robots).

Skills & Prerequisites:

You are currently preparing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in the field of IT, Industrial Digitalization, Industrial Performance, Supply Chain Management, or a general engineering school highly focused on AI/Communication/Digital tools for an internship duration of 6 months.

This position is exclusively for students in their final year of study (end-of-studies internship).

You possess the following technical knowledge and skills (Hard Skills):

• Knowledge in software development
• Proficiency in digital tools and DATA management
• Knowledge or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation (robots)

You identify with the following qualities (Soft Skills):

• Structured
• Rigorous
• Very good communication skills

Language Skills:

• English: Advanced
• French: Fluent

Depending on the offers, you may be required to travel.
