Description
At Intrum, you will grow by making a difference. You will do it in a highly international environment and in a supportive culture where effort counts.
HR Business Partner – Sweden
Intrum is a market-leading credit management company operating across Europe, with more than 10,000 colleagues. Every day, we help people, businesses and society strengthen their financial health.
We are on an ambitious transformation journey with a clear direction towards 2030 where people and leadership are at the heart of making this transformation successful. We are now looking for an experienced and business-oriented HR Business Partner.
The Role
This is a broad HR Business Partner role, spanning the entire employee lifecycle. Success in this role requires someone who enjoys creating impact and making things happen.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve core People processes, including performance management, salary review, engagement and talent development.
- Coach leaders in building high-performing teams, developing leadership capabilities and navigating complex people matters.
- Facilitate organizational change and restructuring, including employee relations, labour law matters and union dialogue where relevant.
- Lead talent acquisition for relevant positions, from defining role requirements and sourcing strategies to candidate selection and a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Swedish HR team and Group HR functions to deliver Intrum's People agenda and continuously improve how we work.
- Ensure employee records are accurately maintained and kept up to date in the HR system, in line with relevant processes and data quality requirements
About You
You are a business-oriented HR professional who enjoys working close to the organization and its leaders. You are analytical and structured, while also comfortable operating in an environment where not everything is defined.
You build trust and strong relationships, but you are equally prepared to challenge constructively, bring a clear point of view and influence decisions.
Most importantly, you have the energy and drive to take topics from discussion and analysis to decisions, execution and measurable impact.
We expect that you bring:
- 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably including experience as an HR Business Partner as well as university degree in relative field
- Experience in facilitating organizational change and restructuring, together with a strong understanding of Swedish labour law, collective agreements and market practice.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
- A data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into relevant business and People insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, sound judgement, resilience and personal accountability.
- Strong digital capabilities and genuine curiosity about how technology and AI can improve HR, business performance and the employee experience.
- Professional fluency in Swedish and English
It is an advantage if you have experience with:
- Design Thinking or other employee-centric problem-solving methodologies
- Experience with Workday or other global HR system
- Knowledge management

We work closely together, combining local business partnership with expertise and support from HR colleagues across Intrum Group. This gives you the opportunity to make a significant local impact while being part of an international HR community.
