- Have knowledge of casino Players Club program to enroll new guests in the program.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Players Club, cashier’s cage, as well as larger casino facility including promotions and special events to effectively communicate with guests.
- Count into cash drawer (as needed) or open cash dispenser window and all corresponding programs.
- Complete cash transactions including, but not limited to, TITOs, chip redemptions, cash advances, check cashing, digital wallet deposits/withdrawals, PA lottery tickets, slot jackpots, casino credit, Coinstar receipts, even cash exchanges, and sportsbook payouts.
- Responsible for maintaining drawer inventory throughout and balancing at the end of shift.
- Responsible for understanding all aspects of FINCEN and AML compliance, tracking appropriate transactions, understanding Title 31 processes and remaining compliant at all times.
- Provides smooth and efficient service.
- Resolves minor guest service conflicts.
- Assist guests with any questions and evaluate guest information to determine if qualification criteria have been met with various casino promotions.
- Explain marketing programs and promotions to new and existing members.
- Complete forms and reports to include, but not limited to, customer point dispute, name/address change, merge/delete accounts, daily arrival reports, cash drawer balance sheets, variance forms, miscellaneous disbursements, miscellaneous receipt of funds, win/loss statements and call logs as requested.
- Keep areas in a neat and orderly appearance and work in a professional manner and capacity.
- Ensures that all key control procedures are executed according to established guidelines.
- Assists with kiosks as needed in relation to emptying or filling the units.
- Provide comprehensive events, promotion, and motor coach information to guests.
- Effectively communicate with supervisors regarding customer complaints.
- Have knowledge of handbook rules, internal MEMOs, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
- Other assignments and duties as assigned.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- 10-key (calculator) skills a plus.
- General cashiering background or prior money handling experience required.
- Proficiency in cash handling skills.
- High school graduate or general education degree.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
