Director of Operations

Who you are: We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to help us scale our operations as we continue to grow. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will work across the organization to turn company priorities into action, improve our internal processes, and ensure teams have the information, systems, and coordination they need to execute effectively. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys solving problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, analyzing business performance, and making organizations run better. What you will be responsible for: Partner with the COO and leadership team to translate company priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Coordinate annual, quarterly, and other company-wide planning processes. Drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, communication, and follow-through. Prepare and coordinate recurring operating reports and help leadership understand business performance, trends, and areas requiring attention. Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, budget-to-actual analysis, headcount planning, and operational reporting. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, investigate issues, and provide recommendations to leadership. Support sales operations, including reporting, lead-management processes, commission administration, rep productivity metrics, and analysis of sales performance and ROI. Manage the company's vendor and renewal processes, including evaluating costs, coordinating renewals, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Coordinate recurring insurance, compliance, audit, and other operational initiatives in partnership with internal and external subject-matter experts. Partner with HR on workforce planning, performance-review processes, onboarding and offboarding processes, policies, and other company-wide people initiatives. Identify inefficient or overly manual processes and implement scalable solutions. Develop and maintain clear documentation and standard operating procedures for recurring business processes. Oversee general business operations, including facilities, administrative processes, and the company operating calendar. Take ownership of special projects and operational issues that span multiple teams or do not have a clear functional owner. What you'll bring to the table: 7+ years of experience in business operations, finance, strategy, program management, or a related field, including experience in a leadership role. Experience working in a growing SaaS or technology company is strongly preferred. Strong financial and business acumen, with experience working with budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and business-performance reporting. Exceptional project-management skills and the ability to drive complex initiatives across multiple teams. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of important details. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of an organization. Comfort operating in an environment where responsibilities may not always fit neatly within departmental boundaries. A proactive mindset—you don't wait for someone to tell you every step required to achieve an outcome.
