Urgent need for SEN capacity at various levels 

Have 2000 plans, Team of 2 seniors 8 case officer, 4 case work assistants and about 200 per workers

Recent resignation of leader of team, whilst they are arranging for perm replacement they need someone in the interim

Significant volume of people complaints, tribunals

20 week issue rate not in a god place, down about 15 percent

Interim ASAP

Open minded but extremely on it for understanding of EHCP statutory process

Provide support, tribunals, need assessment require decision process, quality, annual review process, dealing with complaints tribunals etc

Coach and mentor, local context,

Understands importance of relationships

Team are really good, but relatively inexperienced, need someone who can deal with levels of parental issue

Will pay what he needs for them as well as travel and expenses

ASAP more important

Work with seniors in statutory team and line manager

Was in southwest London

High level of need across their schools, have 50 schools but a higher ratio of SEN children than other LA's

Could need 2 x officers, 1 x tribunal officer, 1 SEN lead needs to fill out the team in whatever way that works
