Job Description

As a Security Officer TS SCI Security Clearance Patrol Driver in Sunnyvale, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense billing operations location.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access, maintain visitor and contractor records, and report irregularities according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, business operations spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD TS-SCI clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
