Description
We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Follow-Up Specialist to support our acquisitions team.
This role is focused on high-volume outbound follow-up calls, warming up homeowners who have already expressed interest, and live-transferring motivated sellers to our acquisitions managers.
This is not a closing role, and you don’t need real estate experience. You do need to be comfortable on the phone, communicate clearly in English, and follow a proven script with discipline.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Live-transferring motivated sellers to acquisitions every day
Making at least 70 quality outbound calls daily
Following the scripts and processes without deviation
Keeping clean CRM notes so the team can move fast
Showing urgency, reliability, and ownership every day
