Who You’ll Be Working With

As an AI & Software Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team of talented engineers focused on solving complex challenges, developing AI-driven solutions, and shaping the technology stack that powers the Alli platform.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to define the technical vision and balance innovation with business needs. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the design, development, and deployment of innovative, scalable features within the Alli suite of applications.
- Drafting and implementing architectural designs to produce reliable, complex, and highly scalable technical solutions.
- Working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions that improve performance and drive business outcomes.
- Building scalable products that drive measurable results for our clients.
- Fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation by mentoring junior and mid-level engineers and promoting development best practices.
- Conducting coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting across the application development lifecycle.
- Conducting code reviews and providing fellow frontend engineers critical feedback to ensure high-quality, maintainable code across Alli.
- Pioneering development in state-of-the-art technologies that transform the marketing technology space.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of software development experience with object-oriented programming, delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
- 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms, including deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
- Proven ability to balance hands-on development with mentorihng/training other engineers, ensuring team success.
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and platforms like Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock, or LangChain.
- Strong expertise in RESTful API design, system architecture, and SOLID engineering principles.
- Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies, including Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React), and Go.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable application management.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering real-world impact and continuous improvement.
- A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a continual learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a customer-focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.

- Provide technical guidance and strategic insights to client teams, leveraging expertise in media, technology, and emerging trends.
- Experience in a client-facing role, providing both technical advice and strategic insights to help clients achieve their goals
- Git/GitHub for version control;
Nice To Have Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing or advertising technology and its intersection with engineering solutions.
- AWS Solutions Architect - Professional certification;
- Prior experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs);
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible to streamline deployment processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Familiarity with large-scale data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Kafka.
