We're looking for a Core Services Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and support of TCCU's core processing platform and associated business applications. From overseeing system performance and coordinating enhancements to managing vendor relationships and developing our Business Analysts, this role plays an important part in keeping our systems running smoothly and helping our teams serve members effectively.
This is a great opportunity for a current Town & Country team member who enjoys technology, problem-solving, leadership, and finding ways to make our processes more efficient.
What You'll Do:

- Keep Systems Running Smoothly: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, maintain data integrity, and coordinate timely resolution of production concerns.
- Manage System Enhancements: Lead system upgrades, releases, configuration changes, testing, and implementations to ensure changes are successful and properly documented.
- Improve Processes: Partner with departments across TCCU to identify opportunities for automation, streamline workflows, and develop system solutions that improve efficiency and member service.
- Oversee Programming & Integrations: Guide the development and maintenance of programs, system integrations, automated workflows, and other technical solutions that support business operations.
- Manage Vendor Relationships: Coordinate vendor support, maintain productive partnerships, monitor service performance, and evaluate system capabilities and enhancements.
- Support Security & Compliance: Work with Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and Audit to maintain system controls, support audits, and protect confidential member and Credit Union information.
- Lead & Develop the Team: Provide direction, coaching, and professional development for Business Analysts while managing priorities, workloads, and performance expectations.
- Partner Across Departments: Work with business leaders and technical teams to understand needs, resolve system challenges, and implement solutions that support TCCU's goals.
- Plan for the Unexpected: Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning and participate in system maintenance, releases, or critical incidents outside normal business hours when needed.
What You Bring:
- Education equivalent to a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business technology, or a related field-or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience working with core processing systems, business applications, system administration, or related technology functions, preferably in a financial institution.
- Familiarity with system integrations, workflows, reporting, programming, and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify practical, long-term solutions.
- Experience coordinating projects, system enhancements, vendor relationships, or technology implementations.
- An understanding of system security, access controls, data integrity, and change management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize competing demands, coordinate workloads, and develop others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a way that makes sense to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- A commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and help others find solutions.
Experience with Jack Henry Symitar Quest and related applications is a plus!
