Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises application pipelines to deliver solutions that meet production standards. The engineer applies generative artificial intelligence models to enhance system capabilities and may work with various AI domains such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of AI models to address complex business challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong experience in designing and deploying AI models in cloud or on-premises environments.
- In-depth understanding of neural networks, deep learning frameworks, and generative model architectures.
- Ability to develop scalable AI pipelines ensuring production-ready quality and performance.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms that support chatbot development, image processing, and natural language processing.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing AI systems for reliability and efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
