  • Manage Baird’s presence across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Handshake and emerging channels while creating consistent, accessible and brand-aligned campaign assets, templates and candidate marketing materials

Insights, Measurement and Optimization:

  • Establish Baird’s employer brand measurement framework, including success metrics, benchmarks and methods for evaluating reputation, campaign performance and channel effectiveness
  • Deliver quarterly reporting and an annual employer brand review using tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI to highlight trends, results and recommended next steps
  • Use performance insights, UTM tracking, audience segmentation, SEO techniques and emerging GEO and AEO practices to launch and optimize attraction campaigns and strengthen content discovery

Partnerships, Advocacy and Influence:

  • Build trusted partnerships across Talent Acquisition, Marketing & Communications, HR Communications, business teams and employer brand vendors to align priorities and deliver results
  • Partner with the Employer Brand Intern to lead the employee advocacy program by growing a network of brand advocates and developing toolkits, content and training that help associates share authentic Baird stories
  • Consult with recruiters and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and develop targeted employer brand and recruitment marketing solutions
  • Manage projects from concept through launch, including timelines, reviews and vendor deliverables, while providing day-to-day direction, coaching and project support to the Talent Acquisition Intern

What You’ll Bring to Baird:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in employer brand, marketing, communications, social media or creative design
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate business and employee stories into clear, engaging content for different audiences and channels
  • Experience developing and executing social media or digital content strategies, including content planning and channel management
  • Experience working with Talent Acquisition technology, such as a candidate relationship management platform, applicant tracking system or website content management system, preferred
  • Creative thinking, a strong eye for design and experience creating brand-aligned graphics in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
  • Experience planning, capturing and editing short-form video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Riverside
  • Comfort using data and analytics to evaluate performance, identify insights and recommend improvements
