In this role, you will be working as a Director of Sales and Engineering for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for directing engineering and sales for an OEM company.
This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked onsite.
Pay; 125,000-$140,000/Yr. depending on experience
- Degree in engineering mechanical or structural engineering is preferred
- Able to manage the engineering team and the customer and internal sales interactions
- Experience with quotes, change orders, job releases, expanding sales etc..
- Hiring for employee when needed
- Implement safety procedures
- Strong customer interface experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working for a sheet metal job shop environment - acoustics experience is a plus
- ERP experience (Oracle platform preferred)
- Inventor experience
