Built for Starters
- No experience needed
- Military experience counts with a DD214
- 4 to 6 weeks of paid training on real freight
The Money
- $850 a week in training
- $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo
- $0.55 per mile to start, a cent more each year
- Average weekly pay $1,200 to $1,700
- $15 stop pay
The Routes
- Eastern planning zones, rarely west of the Mississippi
- 1,900 to 2,300 miles a week
- Home every two weeks

Requirements
- 21+, valid Class A CDL, at least 120 hours CDL school
- Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in 12 months or 12 months in 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, nothing serious in 12 months
- No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
- Hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable work history
