Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's geographic location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, internal equity, and department equity. Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, of which base pay is just one component.

 

Salary Range:

 

RN Case Manager - FT - $89,000 - $102,000

 

CNA - Full Time - $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

 

NP - Nurse Practitioner - PRN - $125/F2F Visits and $50.00 -$55.00/hr for Orientation and Meetings

 

About You

Who We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurses (RN) licensed in the state of employment.

• Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) with a heart for compassionate care.

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) for Face to Face Evaluations.

• Professionals committed to providing patient-focused care and building strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources.
