About the Role

As an Engineering Manager, you will guide and support an engineering team dedicated to delivering reliable and scalable AI-powered products.
You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, Managers, Architects, and Scrum Masters to turn ideas into sustainable, high-quality solutions that enable innovative travel technology.

This role blends team leadership, technical guidance, and delivery management. You’ll help foster a collaborative environment where engineers can learn, explore, and succeed together.

In This Role, You’ll

• Lead and support an engaged and inclusive engineering team, promoting learning, curiosity, and collaboration.
• Ensure the effective development, operation, and improvement of AI-powered products through balanced speed and quality.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to design reliable, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.
• Promote modern engineering practices, including testing, monitoring, automation, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to design solutions consistent with TRD AI standards.
• Help teams resolve challenges, manage priorities, and ensure transparency across projects.
• Contribute to organizational growth through hiring, onboarding, and career development initiatives.
• Encourage innovation by evolving prototypes into real-world production solutions.
• Monitor team effectiveness and drive continual improvement in collaboration and delivery predictability.
• Represent engineering teams in cross-functional discussions to align on strategy and technology direction.
