About the Role
My client is seeking an IT Finance Manager to support a new Apptio implementation project and strengthen IT financial management across regional and Group functions.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the key IT Finance contact for the Apptio implementation, gathering requirements and aligning priorities across IT, Finance and project stakeholders.

Review and map end-to-end IT financial workflows, ensuring alignment with regional and Group-level processes and governance requirements.

Coordinate with the Project Lead, PM/PMO team and external consultant on project milestones, dependencies, risks and outstanding issues.

Support testing, user acceptance, process documentation and the transition to ongoing operations.

Strengthen IT budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and financial reporting processes.

Maintain appropriate financial controls, data quality and process ownership across relevant teams

Identify and coordinate post-implementation enhancements to improve reporting, operational efficiency and user adoption.
Requirements:

Relevant experience in IT financial management, finance transformation or finance systems implementation within a multinational organization

Strong understanding of end-to-end IT finance processes, financial governance and enterprise workflows.

Experience supporting regional and/or Group-level IT and Finance functions.

Hands-on experience with Apptio implementation, consulting or enhancement is highly desirable.

Strong project management or PMO skills, with the ability to coordinate delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Experience managing external consultants and collaborating with international project teams.

Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate finance requirements into practical system and process improvements.
