SENIOR DATA ANALYST
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Consultant to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping stakeholders transform business needs into data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of project governance, enabling the successful delivery of impactful initiatives and sustainable business value.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Identify business use cases and lead workshops to understand client needs and opportunities.

• Design scalable data-driven solutions that accelerate innovation and improve operational efficiency.

• Facilitate collaboration, communication, and alignment between multiple project stakeholders.

• Translate business and strategic needs into clear requirements and realistic roadmaps accepted by all parties.

• Design and deliver data analyses, from ad hoc requests to end-to-end data pipelines using ETL tools, SQL, and Python.

• Promote and support a data-driven culture across the organization.

• Track project progress and produce reporting using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Advanced data analysis skills using SQL, Python, and ETL tools.

Your Main Qualifications

• Proven experience in data consulting, business analysis, or data-driven projects.

• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.

• Strong understanding of project governance and stakeholder management.

• Professional experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools.

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
