Overview
Up North Plastics, a leading manufacturer of plastic products, is seeking a Machinist at its Cottage Grove Minnesota location. A successful candidate must be able to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
***Starting Pay - $22 an hour***
Responsibilities
- Run conventional milling machines, lathes, drills, and grinders
- Read and interpret mechanical blue prints
- Set up and repair equipment
- Additional duties as become necessary and/or assigned by management
Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience running manual lathes a plus
