Job Description

1. Processing and delivery of new business and renewal policy documents, including motor cover notes.

2. Execution of policy endorsements, alterations, and cancellations as per SOPs.

3. Assist with policy premium billing administration and defined follow-ups.

4. Support renewal notice preparation and related administrative activities.

5. Escalate data gaps, system issues, or clarifications as per governance.

Bachelors - Actuarial Science, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Bachelors - Risk Management and Insurance, Masters - Statistics
