Nursery – Bright Horizons Barford Day Nursery
Salary – £23,524.80 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Hours - 30 Hours Per Week | Tues, Thurs & Fri | Permanent
Location – Barford, Warwickshire

We’re looking for an Early Years Teacher to join our Barford Day Nursery teaching within our vibrant Pre-School room! The nursery itself is in an old Victorian school building which has been lovingly refurbished with a brand new garden full of fantastic equipment for the children to enjoy. It is light and spacious, providing a warm, welcoming environment for babies and children. There's cosy reading corners, imagination stations and lots of wonderful resources for the children to engage with and enjoy!

The Role
As an Early Years Teacher, you will plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps all the children to develop and meet their individual needs. You will make accurate and effective assessments, which reflect the needs, interests, and stages of each child, and ensure the indoor and outdoor environments are consistently stimulating and inspiring for the children.
What we’re looking for
Hold either Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification
Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both colleagues and parents
