Our commitment to quality and integrity helps us to use technology and create a better and smarter future.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs a Scrum Master/project coordinator, following are the roles and responsibilities :Initiate and manage the sprint planning, estimation, daily scrum meetings, demo/review and retrospective meetingsHelp the the project team with self-organization, identify sprint impediments and address any blockers, to ensure that the sprint goals are metTracking project cycles and deliverables and review the project deliverables with the project team before sprint reviews and demos, to ensure that the backlog is ready for delivery as committed Conflict management and resolutionProject team allocation, task management and keeping the stakeholders informed about the status of the project on a regular basisSign off the new application/project before going live and hand hold till smooth functioning of application. Other roles & responsibilities :Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and project team to ensure that the project requirements are well defined and ready for developmentManage the sprint backlog and ensure that the project team is on track with deliverablesCompetencies and SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPrior experience with managing project teamsKnowledgeable in project management methodologies, techniques and best practicesFundamental understanding of the development lifecycle for web and mobile applicationsAbility to adapt to a changing environmentSelf-motivated and ability to stay focused in a fast paced environmentGood to havePrior experience having directly managed peopleExperience in technology or related rolesOur culture of openness, honesty, and trust fosters an environment of learning and growth.  We value – the desire to be the best at what you do, the ability to support your peers, and most of all, the desire to be a good human being.
