Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $32-38 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Work Location: On the road (Arizona)
Key Responsibilities:
- New Construction: Work closely with the project foreman to meet the needs of the project. Be a team leader and mentor apprentices.
- Build Team Unity: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to enhance project outcomes.
- Routine Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance to uphold system integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience (Required): A minimum of 5 years of Journeyman Electrician experience on commercial projects.
- Certification (Required): Must have credentials proving a job history as a Journeyman/lead on new construction/TI projects. Journeyman license and trade school certifications are a plus. OSHA 10/30 training is a plus.
- Physical Aptitude: Ability to handle a physical workload associated with electrical installations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking skills to address complex electrical challenges.
- Proficiencies: Blueprint reading, Smartphones/tablets, and email. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Service Titan, etc., is preferred.
