Requirements
- Technician
- 5+ years experience (Domestic (GM) vehicle experience preferred)
- ASE certifications are preferred
- Must have own tools
- Domestic & Foreign experience
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Continuously expand technical knowledge through formal training sessions to stay current with evolving automotive technology.
- Provide accurate labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
- Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair.
- Communicates with service advisor and/or dispatcher if additional work is needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment while upholding the highest level of customer service.
- Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
- Road tests vehicles when required.
- Performs additional related duties as required and assigned.
