Lead Artist

Job DescriptionSummary:The Senior/Lead concept artist for Just Dance produces 2D art assets in accordance with the artistic vision of the games with different platform. The working content will cover wide range of 2D drawing task.He or she will be granted with opportunity to work on various styles. This role will have frequent communication and interaction with Creative Director, Game Designer and Art Director.Mission:· Assist Content Director and Art Director to establish game world in the vision of the game concept· Research and propose concept references under the lead of art director· Create 2D assets under requirement with high efficiency, including: Sketches/character/avatar, backgrounds, 2D assets· Work closely with video artists to provide well organized PSD files and propose animation ideasQualifications · At least 5 years' working experience as concept artist in game industry· Able to adapt to different art styles, from realistic to cartoon· A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant fields· Solid 2D drawing skills and good esthetic sense, knowledge of 3D software (3D MAX, ZBRUSH) is a plus· Professional skills with Photoshop· Familiar with Illustrator, Flash and Adobe After effect is a plus· Good communication skill, good sense of team work.
