- Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of spaces, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintaining a positive and friendly environment towards clients and colleagues.
- Disinfect and sterilize supplies and equipment as required.
- Proper disposal of trash and bio-hazardous materials.
- Restock and organize cleaning supplies and ensuring all materials and supplies are properly labelled.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order, assist with light maintenance tasks or address minor repairs.
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols according to company.
- Support in improving productivity and operations of the department.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar custodial role.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform some light physical labor, such as lifting and carrying cleaning supplies.
- Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment and products.
- Positive attitude with the ability to communication clearly with staff and management.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
