Independent Contractor for Apartment Maintenance/Repair Duties

We are seeking skilled and reliable independent contractors to undertake maintenance and repair tasks for apartments across the Continental United States. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for various maintenance and repair duties to ensure the upkeep and functionality of residential properties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks such as:
  • Plumbing - Changing faucets, fixing leaks, minor plumbing repairs
  • Electrical - Replacing outlets, securing loose wires, minor electrical repairs
  • Drywall Repair
  • Painting
  • Carpentry - Installing cabinets, fixing windows and doors, other minor carpentry work and repairs
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Other maintenance and repair tasks as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of REAC/NSPIRE protocols is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidates.
• Must be willing to travel throughout the Continental United States.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred but not required.
