What You'll Do
Costa Vida is looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to be an influential leader within the restaurant industry and make a positive impact on the lives of team members, guests, and the community you serve.

- Build relationships with support center staff who are available to help you succeed.
- Boost productivity through effective scheduling and labor planning.
- Increase sales through local networking and marketing plans.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to improve store operations.
- Optimize profitability through careful monitoring and organizing of food inventory.
- Grow the team through thoughtful recruiting and onboarding.
- Create a positive and energetic environment for team members and the guest dining experience.
- Ensure team members have clear and effective training plans with opportunities for advancement.
- Champion team members' respect and take the lead on upholding brand standards.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of previous restaurant management experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license accompanied by a safe driving record and proof of insurance.
- Accessible 24 hours/day, 7 days a week to assist with any of the restaurant's needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and confident in using computers to review and update employee data.
- Spanish speaking is a plus!
