Scope:

- Learning roadmap and capability development for all levels

- Frontline & Supervisor Development Program, Training effectiveness and learning governance

- Internship / Young Talent Program

- Employee Engagement & Internal Communication

- EVP Activation (Internal Employee Experience: Culture, Engagement, Employee Communication)

- Support HR policy communication and audit readiness related to learning compliance
