Description
ROLE OVERVIEW:
This role covers our multimedia content and social media presence — creating video, graphics, and other visual content, and managing how that content shows up on Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You'll work closely with the marketing team to keep content on-brand and on-schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical
- Produce and edit multimedia content — video, graphics, and other visual assets — including reels, interviews, promos, and social posts
- Add motion graphics, captions, and transitions that support storytelling and brand consistency, as needed
- Design graphics for social posts, thumbnails, and other promotional content
- Repurpose content into shorts, reels, clips, and other formats for each platform
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain our presence on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Schedule and publish content across platforms
- Build simple content calendars by platform
- Track basic performance metrics and adjust posting as needed
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work with the marketing team to keep content on-bran
- Manage a few projects at once and hit regular deadlines
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects or similar motion graphics tool
- Comfortable managing brand accounts on Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for graphic design
- Detail-oriented, reliable with deadlines
- Portfolio showing multimedia work — video, graphics, and social content
