You will act as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, engineering, data and AI teams, service leadership, and other cross-functional partners to shape the future of the Data & AI portfolio. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager who can translate business needs, user pain points, and technical opportunities into a clear product vision and actionable roadmap.

Als Product Manager Data & AI übernehmen Sie das End-to-End-Produktmanagement für die Data-&-AI-Produktsuite innerhalb unserer Service-Organisation. Sie definieren Strategie, Roadmap und Umsetzung für ein Portfolio aus daten- und KI-basierten Produkten und Fähigkeiten, die messbaren Mehrwert für Service-Organisationen, Field Engineers, Kund*innen und Business Stakeholder schaffen. In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit Service, Engineering, Data & AI, UX, Commercial, Operations und weiteren funktionsübergreifenden Partnern zusammen und gestalten die Zukunft unseres Data-&-AI-Portfolios aktiv mit.

 Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Sie verantworten die Produktstrategie, Roadmap und das Lifecycle Management für das gesamte Data-&-AI-Produktportfolio.
• Sie übersetzen Geschäftsanforderungen, Nutzerbedürfnisse und technische Möglichkeiten in eine klare Produktvision, Produktanforderungen, Epics, User Stories und Release-Pläne.
• Sie priorisieren Initiativen auf Basis von Kundennutzen, Business Value, technischer Machbarkeit und verfügbaren Ressourcen.
• Sie koordinieren funktionsübergreifende Stakeholder aus Service, Engineering, Data & AI, UX, Commercial und Operations und stellen Alignment zu Scope, Timelines und erwarteten Ergebnissen sicher.
• Sie definieren Erfolgsmetriken, KPIs und Feedback-Loops, unterstützen Go-to-Market Readiness, Change Management, Stakeholder-Kommunikation und User Adoption.

Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen:

• Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise in Enterprise Software, digitalen Plattformen, Analytics-Produkten oder serviceorientierten Lösungen.
• Sie haben nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Produktportfolios mit mehreren Stakeholdergruppen, Geschäftsanforderungen und Prioritäten.
• Sie bringen ein starkes Verständnis von Produktstrategie, Roadmap-Planung, Priorisierung, agilen Methoden, Backlog Management und iterativer Produktentwicklung mit.
• Sie können Geschäftsanforderungen und Nutzerfeedback in klare Produktanforderungen und umsetzbare Entwicklungspläne übersetzen.
• Sie kommunizieren sicher mit technischen und nicht-technischen Zielgruppen und überzeugen durch sehr gutes Stakeholder Management.
• Sie arbeiten analytisch, lösungsorientiert und datenbasiert; Erfahrung mit KPIs, Nutzungsmetriken, Adoption Metrics oder Business-Value-Messung ist von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung mit Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud-Plattformen, Service Operations, Field-Service-Prozessen, Healthcare Technology, regulierten Umgebungen sowie Tools wie Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Jama, Databricks oder Snowflake ist wünschenswert.
