About the opportunity
Provide quality client-focused care to patients, their families and carers, using a holistic approach.
Assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and mental state.
Be part of a multi-disciplinary team that requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.

Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
A current NDIS clearance
