What are you going to do?

As our new AI Adoption Lead, you will play a key role in accelerating AI adoption across Ayvens by driving training, enablement, and change initiatives while ensuring that all AI solutions are delivered in line with governance and compliance standards. You will act as the bridge between business and technology, managing the AI demand pipeline and leading AI initiatives from idea to value realiza

Your responsibilities will include:

• AI for All & Adoption:
  Lead and coordinate AI for All initiatives, including acculturation programs, trainings, and large-scale adoption of AI tools such as Copilot Chat and Copilot Studio.
• AI Governance & Compliance:
  Ensure all AI initiatives comply with SG/Ayvens frameworks , coordinating required validations and supporting governance processes.
• AI Demand & Portfolio Management:
  Own and structure the AI demand pipeline, including business case collection, tracking, and follow-up across entities.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Manage the AI project portfolio, stakeholder alignment, business cases, delivery roadmap, risks, governance, and the scaling of AI solutions across markets and business domains.
  Act as a central point of coordination across business, IT, risk, legal, architecture, and central SG teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Communication & Change Management:
  Drive communication and visibility of AI initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across countries and functions.
• Delivery Oversight & Acceleration:
  Support and monitor AI delivery at scale, ensuring structured execution, removal of bottlenecks, and acceleration of go-live timelines.

• You are an adaptable professional who thrives in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and new opportunities constantly emerge. Challenges do not discourage you, instead, you approach them with resilience, maintaining focus on long-term objectives even when faced with complexity or setbacks.
• You are equally comfortable engaging with senior executives, business stakeholders, technology teams, and governance functions.
• Through clear and impactful communication, you can translate complex AI concepts into compelling business narratives, build alignment across diverse stakeholders, and create momentum around strategic initiatives.
• You combine empathy with analytical thinking. You take the time to understand the needs and concerns of end users, business teams, and decision-makers, while applying structured problem-solving to identify the best path forward. You know how to balance innovation with risk management and understand the importance of responsible AI adoption.
• You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, complemented by continuous learning and professional development in areas such as AI, data analytics, project management, and leadership. Familiarity with the automotive or mobility industry is a plus.
• You are someone who can see the bigger picture while keeping AI initiatives focused on delivering real business value. You know how to align strategy, governance, and execution, bringing together stakeholders from business, IT, risk, legal, and leadership around a common vision.
• You are comfortable managing multiple AI initiatives, prioritizing opportunities, and turning ideas into measurable outcomes. Through strong communication and influence, you can simplify complex AI concepts, drive adoption, and build momentum across the organization.
• Most importantly, you understand that successful AI transformation is about people as much as technology. You have a proven ability to drive change, enable users, and scale AI adoption responsibly through the right balance of governance, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent in English is required.
