Description
Tasks
The Contractor’s resource will perform tasks in support of QETE. The Contractor’s resource must apply relevant DND, CAF and Government of Canada policies and information as defined in applicable documents such as codes, standards, specifications, and procedures. These tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
Identifying and liaising with clients with Salary Wage Envelope (SWE) cost recovery responsibilities.
Drafting and coordinating the signing of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other inter-organization agreements such as Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).
Drafting and coordinating the signing of Spending Authorization Forms (SAFs).
Monitoring the status of recovery actions, ensuring documents are approved prior to invoicing.
Tracking expenditures on a project-by-project basis in support of QETE’s internal financial system.
Preparing invoices and following up to confirm client acceptance and payment.
Maintaining an up-to-date, auditable database of recovery actions, documentation, and forecasts.
Providing monthly recovery briefings and SLA update reports.
Advising QETE 6 Finance Team on outstanding recovery actions for execution.
Preparing summary reports for each fiscal year’s recoveries.
Preparing forecasts for out-years.
