The Executive Protection Team Lead is responsible for providing dedicated close protection to an HNI principal in Bangalore. The role involves direct personal security, movement planning, advance work, and real time coordination to ensure the principal’s safety at all times. The position demands high levels of alertness, discretion, physical fitness, and professionalism, consistent with Pinkerton’s global EP delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Deliver close protection to the principal during daily routines, meetings, events, and travel
• Maintain constant situational awareness and threat anticipation while remaining unobtrusive
• Ensure the principal’s safety without disrupting lifestyle, business, or social engagements
• Conduct advance reconnaissance, route planning, and location risk assessments
• Identify primary, secondary, and emergency routes for all movements
• Liaise with venues, residential security teams, and local authorities as required.
• Act immediately and decisively in response to threats, medical emergencies, or incidents
• Implement evacuation, defensive, or contingency protocols as per SOPs
• Report incidents promptly and accurately through established reporting channels
• All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Five years of hands on Close Protection / Executive Protection experience

 

• Strong observational and threat assessment skills
• Physically fit, agile, mentally alert, and stress resilient
• Excellent coordination and situational decision making ability
• High levels of discretion, loyalty, and integrity.
• Familiarity with Bangalore routes, traffic patterns, and local security dynamics

Working Conditions:

• Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking.
