LPN Family Planning Coordinator

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Keystone Community Health Services is seeking a LPN Family Planning Coordinator to join the team.
The LPN Family Planning Coordinator manages the daily operations of Family Planning Services, including Family Planning/STD clinics and community outreach activities. This position provides clinical care and treatment to Family Planning/STD walk-in patients in accordance with provider orders and within the scope of LPN licensure. The Coordinator develops and implements community education programs focused on family planning and STD prevention and awareness. Additionally, the role is responsible for completing required reports and performing administrative functions that support the delivery and effectiveness of clinic services.
Education and Experience: PA LPN license; current CPR certification. Basic typing/computer skills required. Must attend specific trainings as required by funders.
