Description
- Conduct regular office tours to identify any issues that may impact operations, and report them for resolution. This includes M&E systems, office environment, and facility equipment.
- Perform office supply inventory checks and maintain accurate records. Replenish supplies as needed, such as tea bags, coffee, and copy paper.
- Provide visitor services, including reception support, hiring process assistance, and meeting room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document sharing, resignation procedures, and sending "pick up your mail" notifications.
- Maintain and keep the facility internal database updated.
- Provide any other assistance as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the Facilities team.
