As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer who’s ready to make an impact.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with precision and efficiency

• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installations per project specs and industry standards

• Measure and cut materials including ductwork, piping, and electrical components

• Connect HVAC systems to existing infrastructure, ensuring safe and proper operation

• Test systems post-installation, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments

• Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and offering maintenance guidance

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

• Accurately complete documentation including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory logs

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC vocational training preferred)

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices

• Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Skilled in using hand and power tools

• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Compensation: $75,000 – $120,000 annually
