Assistant Coach, Mens & Womens Golf

Assists Head Coach in managing and executing administrative and athletic functions of coaching a collegiate team. Establishes and maintains team rules and expectations. Coaches, trains, and develops individual players and their skills. Recruits prospective student-athletics, coordinates visits, and plans travel itineraries for the team.

Responsibilities:

• Assists Head Coach with practice and match planning. Develops training sessions for Denison athletes and provides athletes with feedback and direction.

• Develops strategy for future opponents and analyzes film and creates scouting reports.

• Attend practice and work with individual student-athletes

• Travel to tournaments

• Reinforce team and University rules and expectations

• Performs other duties as assigned 

Minimum Experience:
Entry level position. No prior work experience required. 

Preferred Experience:
 1-3 years’ experience playing, coaching, and/or recruiting at the collegiate level 

Pay: $15/hr
