Your tasks & responsibilities?

Ready to lead one of DESOTEC's most strategic markets?

As Regional Business Director France, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our French business. This is more than a commercial leadership position: you will combine strategy, business ownership, and people leadership to accelerate growth, strengthen our market position, and create long-term impact for both DESOTEC and the environment.
You will:

• Define and execute the growth strategy for the French market and translate opportunities into concrete business results
• Lead, coach and inspire a team of 8 Sales Managers, fostering a high-performance and entrepreneurial culture
• Take ownership of commercial performance, pricing strategy and P&L results
• Strengthen DESOTEC's market position by building long-term relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with international teams and HQ to drive sustainable growth and organizational development

Who are you?

You are an entrepreneurial and strategic business leader who thrives on growth, ownership and creating impact.

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field
• 10–15+ years of experience in commercial leadership, preferably within an international B2B or industrial environment
• Proven track record in developing and executing growth and go-to-market strategies
• Strong business acumen, combining data-driven decision-making with commercial instinct
• Experience with pricing, contract negotiations and P&L ownership
• Fluent in French and English, with willingness to travel
• Experience in environmental services, biogas, chemicals or water treatment is considered a plus

What does your team look like?

As Regional Business Director France, you lead a team of 8 Sales Managers across the French region. Together, you drive commercial success and further expand DESOTEC's presence in the market.
You work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Operations, Finance and HQ leadership to ensure strong alignment between strategy and execution. You report directly to the Sales Director Europe and are part of an international leadership team.
