Connect Pediatrics is hiring IMMEDIATELY for Pediatric Home Health Nurses (RN or LVN) in Dallas & all over the DFW.
We have an immediate need staff 10 home health cases in and around Dallas.
Now Hiring LVNs & RNs – Multiple Open Cases in DFW!
Dallas – Case 1
- Nights: Thursday, Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Days: Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1 nurse needed)
McKinney – Case 2 (LVN Only)
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
McKinney – Case 3
- Nights: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Days: Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Duncanville – Case 4
- Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duncanville – Case 5
- Thursday & Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Little Elm – Case 6
- Days: All 7 days available | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Must be able to work at least 3 shifts per week
- Nights: Thursday–Saturday | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Terrell – Case 7
- Monday & Tuesday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Mesquite – Case 8
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Terrell – Case 9
- Thursday, Friday & Saturday
- 12–16 hour day shifts
- Every other weekend available
Dallas & Forney – Case 10
- All 7 days available | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Must be willing to work at least 3 shifts per week
Start of Care & Float nurses also needed!

Private Duty Nurse Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing according to the physician-prescribed plan of care and maintain compliance standards through real-time charting
- Administer medications, feedings, and treatments according to the plan of care
- Maintain professional, clinical relationships with patients and their families
- Assist clinical leadership during in-home patient assessments and coordination of care
