What you'll be responsible for:

• Assesses and confirms readiness of all local plant-level systems, including infrastructure, interfaces and hardware that support SAP and MES integrations 

• Validates connectivity, data flows and compatibility of key assets (e.g. printers, barcode scanners, hand terminals, wireless networks, label systems) across all manufacturing and logistics processes 

• Coordinates with internal IT and Plant Engineering teams, as well as external vendors, to plan and execute infrastructure changes needed for deployment 

• Provides technical input during SIT and participates in UAT, including resolution of interface errors, device failures, or MES disruptions affecting shopfloor execution 

• Supports go-live readiness checks for operational technology (OT), and manages rapid technical issue resolution during Hypercare 

• Requirements Gathering & Fit-Gap Analysis 

• Support assessments between global templated vs local requirements and maximize fit-to-template localization adoption 

• Translate business needs into system requirements and process changes, whilst securing minimal customizations 

• Solution Delivery Support 

• Review testing scenarios and support defect resolution. 

• Review cutover and deployment plan for the sub-function 

• Support data conversion, cutover, and go-live activities and hypercare related to the process domain 

We're looking for someone who:

• Broad technical knowledge of plant IT/OT systems, networking, industrial hardware, and manufacturing technologies in the local market 

• Experience working with SAP interfaces, MES platforms, and local infrastructure upgrades is preferred 

• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to engage internal engineering, global IT, and third-party vendors in problem resolution 

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure during cutover periods
