We’re looking for a result-driven Logistics & Operations Manager to lead end-to-end logistics operations from Europe to and within Turkey, ensuring compliant, efficient, and cost-effective customs, warehousing, and transportation processes.

About the Job
- Lead end-to-end logistics operations in Turkey, covering customs, warehousing, transportation and omnichannel fulfillment for retail and e-commerce channels.
- Act as the local owner for customs and trade compliance activities, ensuring compliant importation of Swarovski products and adherence to Turkish regulations, trade controls, and Swarovski global standards.
- Oversee inbound shipments from the Regional Distribution Center through to final delivery to stores and customers across Turkey.
- Manage and develop the operational relationship with Swarovski’s 3PL partner, driving service excellence, operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and other service providers to ensure efficient and compliant logistics execution.
- Monitor and improve key logistics KPIs, including OTIF, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, productivity, customs lead times and logistics costs.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across transportation, warehousing, customs duties, brokerage fees, and logistics operations while maintaining superior service levels.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports, identify operational risks, and support budgeting and forecasting activities for the Turkish market.
- Support the Sales Operations team with new process implementations, operational projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Retail, Wholesale, eCommerce, Client Service, Merchandising, Finance, Compliance, and global Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
- Support Swarovski’s omnichannel operations, including store fulfillment, ship-from-store, click-and-collect, customer returns, and marketplace logistics activities.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, customs, international trade, or a comparable operations management role.
- Strong expertise in Turkish customs regulations, import processes, customs clearance procedures, and trade compliance requirements.
- Proven experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, customs brokers, freight forwarders and distribution partners.
- Solid understanding of retail, omnichannel and eCommerce logistics operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into operational improvements
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills with internal and external partners across all levels.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field. Customs or trade compliance certifications are an advantage.
- Fluent in Turkish and English.
