About You
We're looking for an experienced operational leader with a background in one or more of the following sectors:
- Home Services
- Home Improvement

You'll ideally have experience in:
- VP Operations, COO or Senior Operations Leadership roles
- Leading multi-site or regional operations
- Managing large operational or field-based teams
- Operational strategy and business transformation
- Process improvement and operational excellence
