Overview
The Manager – Technology (AI/ML & GenAI) will lead the design, development, and scaling of enterprise-grade AI solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). This role blends deep technical expertise, people leadership, and delivery ownership to transition AI initiatives from pilots to measurable enterprise impact.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions. • Design and implement RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and prompt orchestration strategies. • Architect intelligent agent systems using pro-code and no-code/low-code approaches. • Drive structured and unstructured data ingestion, enrichment, and value-extraction pipelines. • Architect AI solutions on Azure using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI/ML, OCR, and cloud-native services. • Establish MLOps/LLMOps and AgentOps practices including CI/CD, observability, governance, and cost controls. • Lead, mentor, and manage AI/ML, GenAI, and AI automation engineers. • Collaborate with business, security, and platform teams to deliver compliant AI platforms. • Embed Responsible AI, security, and explainability into all AI and agentic systems.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in AI/ML algorithms, model evaluation, and applied ML systems. • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and advanced Prompt Engineering techniques. • Strong experience processing structured and unstructured data (text, documents, PDFs, images). • Expertise in value extraction from heterogeneous file types using OCR, NLP, and Document AI. • Experience with OCR pipelines (Azure OCR, Azure Document Intelligence, or equivalent). • Strong hands-on Python skills with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and NLP libraries. • Experience building Agentic AI solutions using pro-code frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel). • Experience with no-code / low-code AI tooling and copilots (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, workflow agents). • Understanding of agent orchestration, tool-calling, memory, planning, and human-in-the-loop patterns.• Strong experience with Azure Cloud, AI services, and enterprise integration patterns. Leadership & Competencies • Strong people management, technical leadership, and execution ownership. • Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable AI and agent architectures. • Proven experience taking AI solutions from PoC to enterprise-wide rollout. • Excellent communication with technical, business, and leadership stakeholders.
