Are you a good match: 

You are a dedicated and service-oriented professional with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in luxury retail or hospitality. You possess foundational knowledge of jewellery and watchmaking, strong communication, and organizational skills. Eager to learn, proactive in sharing knowledge, and committed to delivering an outstanding client experience, you maintain impeccable grooming standards and a keen eye for detail. You thrive in a multicultural environment, always seeking solutions to enhance client and team satisfaction.

What are we expecting from you?
As a Boutique Assistant, you are a vital support to our Sales Associates, enhancing the client journey and upholding the esteemed spirit of Van Cleef & Arpels. Your key responsibilities include:

Client Experience & Support: Warmly welcome clients, offer refreshments, and assist Sales Associates during presentations by preparing products and ensuring a seamless experience. Support the sales process, including product preparation, wrapping, and processing transactions. Assist with daily clienteling activities and facilitate the in-store journey. 
Maison Expertise & Brand Presentation: Contribute to maintaining the Maison’s visual identity, support event organization, and maintain knowledge of High Jewellery, Jewellery, and Watchmaking.
Operational Excellence: Assist with back-office sales tools and various operational tasks such as stock counts, safe replenishment and deliveries. Ensure strict compliance with Maison policies and procedures, paying close attention to product storage.
Team Collaboration & Growth: Actively develop personal knowledge and skills through self-training and participation in group sessions, collaborating effectively to enhance work processes.

Step 3: Following a successful screening, you will be invited to an in-person recruitment day in Sydney (End of July) where you will have the opportunity to learn more about the Maison and meet key personnel from Van Cleef & Arpels Oceania.
Step 4: 1on1 interviews with the Boutique Manager and Commercial Director to show case your suitability for a role with Van Cleef & Arpels.
Step 5: With successful interviews completed, and contingent upon successful pre-employment screenings, you'll begin your journey with us.
